EraCode helps developers maintain skills with personalized challenges and an AI code review competition. Leaderboards and grades are for practice and comparison—not a hiring decision or performance verdict. This page summarizes the rules at a high level. It is not legal advice; we may refine it as the product evolves.
By signing in—whether with an email magic link, Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn—you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. Using EraCode after you have an account is under that agreement.
You keep rights in what you submit. You allow EraCode to process your submissions to run the product—including grading, leaderboards, and account features.
Monthly Top Reviewers shows names according to your Settings → Privacy choices (such as opting out or showing initials). Company and experience benches are anonymous-person, named-group monthly stats: a group appears only when there are at least 3 reviewers in that group that UTC calendar month. Opting out of the people board does not remove you from those group stats.
Review artifacts and grades can be wrong. We may redact or replace challenges. EraCode is not employment screening and does not evaluate fitness for a job.
Do not attack or overload the service, scrape in a way that harms others, or impersonate other people.
We may update these pages. The Last updated date below is the notice. We do not add a blocking re-accept step when copy changes.
